Travelling to Mandurah with a baby? As a mom myself, I understand how inconvenient it is to travel with a baby but sometimes, we just don’t have any choice.

As a Mandurah resident, I have had a couple of friend and families over, and I always suggest that they stay in a Mandurah holiday house rather than staying in a hotel especially if they have a baby along with them.

Here are some of the reasons why:

I had to travel a couple of times with my child when she was young, and I will always bring her crib with me (luckily, it was a portable one). This is because I learned through research that babies are not big to changes. You can’t just pluck them out of their comfort zone and expect them to be okay with that.

By taking my child’s crib along, I let her sleep in something that’s familiar to her which does wonders on how well she sleeps. Even if we’re in a strange house, she won’t notice it because the smell of her crib is still there.

Now, how do you expect to fit a crib into a hotel room? Hotel rooms are not that big, and staying in a suite can be very expensive too. By staying in a Mandurah holiday house where you’re provided with several bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, you will have all the space you need.

A Mandurah Holiday House Will Give you More Convenience

Aside from having enough space to put your crib, a Mandurah holiday house will also give you a kitchen which will make it easier in case you need to sterilize your baby’s bottle or when you need warm water to prepare his milk. I know it’s not easy preparing milk with a crying baby in the background, but it’s even harder when you’re in a hotel room with no proper kitchen to work on.

 Also, if your baby is a few months old and prefers crawling around, a Mandurah holiday house will give him more space to do so. If one of your itineraries includes swimming at the beach, for instance, you can just watch your baby as he crawls about while you take a little rest.
